What are the delivery times? We prepare and ship your order within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then generally takes between 5 and 8 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email upon shipment.

How do I choose my size for PawPaw? Our slippers fit true to size and are designed for optimal comfort. If you are between two sizes or like to wear thick socks in winter, we advise you to take the next size up!

How do I care for my slippers? It's very simple! Your PawPaws are machine washable at 30°C (delicate cycle). We recommend air-drying them to maintain their "cloud-like" appearance. Avoid tumble drying.

Can I return my order if it's not suitable? Absolutely. You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us if it's not suitable (slippers must be new, unworn, and in their original packaging). Contact us by email, and we will provide you with the return procedure.
